What is Welcome Week
Welcome Week is your first adventure at McMaster! It’s a week all about getting to know campus, settling into university life, meeting new people, and finding your place in the McMaster community. Think of it as your trailhead for everything ahead.

❋ A chance to find your communityWelcome Week is your chance to find your people before classes get busy. Take the time to meet new friends, get involved, and find the spaces on campus that feel like yours. And there’s no better place to start than right here in your faculty.
❋ Guidance from repsHumanities Reps are trained upper-year students who are here to make your Welcome Week experience as fun, comfortable, and helpful as possible. They’ve been where you are, so ask them about classes, getting involved, campus life, or anything they wish they knew in first year. They’re here to share their experiences, give advice, and help you make the most of your time in Humanities.
